Senior Medical Affairs Manager

This is a team leading role responsible for medical affairs strategy, scientific communication and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will lead medical plans, manage key opinion leader relationships, review scientific content, support launch readiness, guide junior medical colleagues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Degree holder in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, business or related disciplines with solid experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare operations or commercial environments. The candidate should have strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting and compliance awareness, with the ability to evaluate digital tools, automation and data insights to improve service quality and business processes.
