Marketing Manager (Digital experience mandatory)

This is a team leading role focused on technology strategy, system delivery and operational improvement. The successful candidate will work with business users, technical teams and vendors to manage system enhancement, project execution, governance and continuous improvement across the technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology planning system enhancement and operational delivery.
• Coordinate internal users vendors and technical teams on project execution.
• Review performance security risks and improvement opportunities across systems and processes.

Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines with solid experience in technology operations, enterprise applications, project delivery or system enhancement. The candidate should have exposure to reporting, dashboards, SQL, APIs, vendor coordination, cyber or infrastructure controls, and a proactive mindset to evaluate AI, automation and data driven process improvement.
