Healthcare Business Development Manager

This is an individual contributor role focused on healthcare partnerships and business growth. The candidate will identify new opportunities, build relationships with healthcare partners, prepare proposals, analyze market trends, coordinate internal resources, and support management in developing commercial plans.

Degree holder in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, business or related disciplines with solid experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare operations or commercial environments. The candidate should have strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting and compliance awareness, with the ability to evaluate digital tools, automation and data insights to improve service quality and business processes.
