Assistant Operation Director (F&B)

This is a team leading role within a retail and consumer products environment, covering store operations, channel performance, customer experience or category growth. The successful candidate will coordinate teams and stakeholders, review performance data and drive practical actions that improve service and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee retail operations channel performance customer experience and team execution.
• Coordinate store teams merchandising marketing and operational stakeholders.
• Review sales performance inventory service standards and process improvement opportunities.

Degree holder in business, retail management, marketing or related disciplines with solid experience in retail operations, category management, store management or consumer products. The candidate should have strong commercial sense, team coordination, reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to improve service standards and operational processes.
