A hands on infrastructure role covering servers systems monitoring and technical support.
This is an individual contributor role focused on infrastructure operations and system reliability. The candidate will maintain servers and business systems, monitor performance, support backup and access controls, troubleshoot incidents, and participate in system upgrade or migration projects.
• Maintain servers systems and infrastructure services.
• Monitor system performance backup and access controls.
• Troubleshoot incidents and support upgrade projects.
• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications or system support environments.
• Exposure to system configuration, enhancement, reporting, dashboards and SQL, with basic development knowledge such as Python, JavaScript, SQL or C# .NET, and a proactive mindset toward APIs, automation, AI and process improvement.
