A business systems role bridging user requirements technical delivery and implementation.
This is an individual contributor role that connects business requirements with technical delivery. The candidate will gather user needs, prepare functional specifications, review workflows, coordinate with developers and vendors, support testing and implementation, and maintain project documentation.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate developers vendors and business users.
• Support testing implementation and system documentation.
• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications or system support environments.
• Exposure to system configuration, enhancement, reporting, dashboards and SQL, with basic development knowledge such as Python, JavaScript, SQL or C# .NET, and a proactive mindset toward APIs, automation, AI and process improvement.
