A Sizable retail group is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their HR team.
About the role
This is an individual contributor role with ownership of recruitment, employee relations and HR operations support. The successful candidate will manage end to end hiring processes, support performance review activities, prepare HR reports, handle employee enquiries, and partner with business units on people related matters.
• Manage end to end recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
• Support performance review employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Prepare HR reports and provide people operations support to business units.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Solid experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, HR reporting and policy administration skills, with exposure to HR systems, data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
