A Sizable property investment company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team.
About the role
This is an individual contributor role with senior responsibility across financial reporting, month end review and statutory support. The successful candidate will review accounting entries, prepare management reports, handle consolidation schedules, liaise with auditors and banks, and recommend improvements to finance processes and controls.
• Review accounting entries closing schedules and financial reports.
• Handle audit bank liaison consolidation and statutory support.
• Improve finance controls reporting workflow and process efficiency.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Solid accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of closing review, audit coordination, consolidation schedules, internal controls, Excel and accounting systems.
• Ability to use reporting tools, automation and data analysis to improve finance processes.
