• Lead technology planning system enhancement and operational delivery.
• Coordinate internal users vendors and technical teams on project execution.
• Review performance security risks and improvement opportunities across systems and processes.
• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Solid experience in technology operations, enterprise applications, project delivery or system enhancement.
• Exposure to reporting, dashboards, SQL, APIs, vendor coordination, cyber or infrastructure controls, and a proactive mindset to evaluate AI, automation and data driven process improvement.
