A mid-sized technology services company is looking for an IT Support Officer to join their support team.
About the role
This is an individual contributor role providing first line technical support to internal users. The candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, set up user accounts and workstations, maintain IT records, and escalate complex incidents to senior engineers when needed.
• Provide daily technical support to end users.
• Set up workstations accounts and office devices.
• Maintain IT asset records and escalate technical issues.
Requirements
• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications or system support environments.
• Exposure to system configuration, enhancement, reporting, dashboards and SQL, with basic development knowledge such as Python, JavaScript, SQL or C# .NET, and a proactive mindset toward APIs, automation, AI and process improvement.
