A Sizable manufacturing company is looking for an HR Manager to lead their HR function.
About the role
This is a team leading role responsible for HR operations, recruitment strategy and employee engagement. The successful candidate will oversee HR policies, manage recruitment planning, support talent development, review compensation and benefits processes, supervise junior HR staff, and provide people related advice to management.
• Lead HR operations recruitment planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Review HR policies compensation benefits and talent development processes.
• Supervise junior HR staff and advise management on people matters.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Solid HR generalist and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, recruitment planning, compensation and benefits, HR reporting and stakeholder management.
• Proactive mindset to introduce HR technology, automation and data driven people processes.
