This is a team leading role responsible for engineering delivery, technical governance and team performance across multiple projects. The candidate will review project schedules and resources, manage client and contractor relationships, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive process improvement within the engineering function.
• Lead engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Review schedules resources quality and safety controls.
• Manage client contractor and consultant relationships.
• Degree holder in engineering or related disciplines.
• Solid experience in project delivery, technical coordination or engineering management.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, submissions, site coordination, quality and safety requirements.
• Ability to work with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors while exploring new tools for automation, reporting and process improvement.
