This is an individual contributor role providing clinical application training and product support to healthcare customers. The candidate will conduct demonstrations, support installations, answer user enquiries, work with sales teams on customer needs, and prepare training materials for healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical application training and product demonstrations.
• Support installations user enquiries and customer feedback.
• Prepare training materials and work with sales teams.
• Degree holder in life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, business or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of medical, healthcare, sales or clinical support experience.
• Good communication skills, reporting ability, customer service mindset and exposure to healthcare systems or product support, with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and process improvement.
