Job Description
This is an individual contributor role with ownership of recruitment, employee relations and HR operations support. The successful candidate will manage end to end hiring processes, support performance review activities, prepare HR reports, handle employee enquiries, and partner with business units on people related matters.
Job Requirement
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines with solid experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations. The candidate should have strong stakeholder management, HR reporting and policy administration skills, with exposure to HR systems, data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
