The successful candidate will oversee HR policies, manage recruitment planning, support talent development, review compensation and benefits processes, supervise junior HR staff, and provide people related advice to management.
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines with solid HR generalist and team management experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of employment practices, recruitment planning, compensation and benefits, HR reporting and stakeholder management, with a proactive mindset to introduce HR technology, automation and data driven people processes.
